Cleocin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on June 12, 2007. Male patient, child 6 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with sinus disorder and was treated with Cleocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, chills, cough, dyspnoea, pyrexia. Cleocin dosage: (75 MG,3 IN 1 D),ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with XOPENEX, MOTRIN, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with sialoadenitis and was treated with Cleocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, chills, clostridium colitis, cold sweat, dehydration, fatigue, headache , oral discomfort, pyrexia. Cleocin dosage: 600 MG (150 MG, QID), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with RALOXIFENE, VANCOMYCIN, METRONIDAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
