Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 88.18 lb, was diagnosed with tinea infection  and was treated with Claritin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chromaturia, hepatitis acute, jaundice , liver disorder, malaise. Claritin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ITRACONAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
