Male patient, weighting 137.8 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia , gastritis, abdominal pain upper and was treated with Clarith. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, liver disorder, oedema. Clarith dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THIATON, FAMOTIDINE, TSUMURA SEIHAITOU, DEXTROMETHORPHAN HYDROBROMIDE, WARFARIN POTASSIUM, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, SENNOSIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, OMEPRAZOLE, ALUMINUM HYDROXIDE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
