Female patient, 72 years of age, weighting 88.41 lb, was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infection, nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory tract inflammation, pyrexia and was treated with Clarith. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, dialysis What is  dialysis, hepatic enzyme increased, hypersensitivity, malaise, nephritis interstitial, renal failure acute, vomiting. Clarith dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, CHERRY BARK CODEINE PHOSPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Clarith dosage: 200 MG, 2 IN 1 D, PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LEUPLINECTION, LANSOPRAZOLE, AMOXICILLIN, ECABET MONO, TROXIPIDE, FAMOTIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
