Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 260.0 lb, was diagnosed with sinusitis What is  sinusitis and was treated with Clarinex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: delusion, hallucination, somnambulism. Clarinex dosage: 5 MG;QD;PO. During the same period patient was treated with DIOVAN, NEXIUM. Patient recovered.
