Clarinase side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 11, 2005. Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with nasal congestion, cough, pharyngolaryngeal pain and was treated with Clarinase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood ph increased, dyspnoea, electrocardiogram abnormal, haemoglobin increased, hypertensive crisis, hyperventilation, hypoaesthesia, international normalised ratio decreased, laboratory test abnormal. Clarinase dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TOCLASE EXPECTORANT ORAL SOLUTION, TOCLASE EXPECTORANT ORAL SOLUTION, COVERSYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
