After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, disease recurrence, endocarditis , excoriation, meningitis , rash , rhabdomyolysis. Claforan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENOBARBITAL, LASIX, ALDACTONE, CORTICOSTEROIDS, ANTITHROMBOTIC AGENTS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
