Female patient, 56 years of age, weighting 156.5 lb, was diagnosed with meningitis , headache , arthritis climacteric and was treated with Claforan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, encephalopathy, hypertension, leukoencephalopathy, meningitis , nodal rhythm. Claforan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN, ACETAMINOPHEN, VIOXX, MORPHINE CHLORHYDRATE, ACUPAN, TROXERUTIN, STRESAM, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, chronic respiratory failure, encephalopathy, grand mal convulsion, hypertension, iatrogenic injury, nodal rhythm, reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome. Claforan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN, DAFALGAN, VIOXX, MORPHINE CHLORHYDRATE, ACUPAN, TROXERUTIN, STRESAM, STILNOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, child 7 years of age, was diagnosed with increased bronchial secretion, pulmonary congestion, sputum discoloured and was treated with Claforan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow depression, coma, decerebration, haemorrhage, hepatosplenomegaly, histiocytosis haematophagic, hypertension, hypertriglyceridaemia, hypocoagulable state. Claforan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NESDONAL, SECTRAL, LASILIX, NARCOZEP, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/09/2004.
