After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood creatinine increased, dermatitis exfoliative, eosinophil count increased, exanthem, hyperthermia, pyrexia. Claforan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN, MIDAZOLAM, GENTAMICIN, FENTANYL, NEXIUM, HEPARIN, KARDEGIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
