Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with septic shock, meningitis  and was treated with Claforan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, anaemia, petechiae. Claforan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIFADIN, VANCOMYCIN, AUGMENTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
