Cladribine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on July 02, 2004. Male patient, child 6 years of age, was diagnosed with malignant histiocytosis and was treated with Cladribine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: rash . Cladribine dosage: 5MG IV OVER 1H FOR 5 DAYS. Patient recovered.

Cladribine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 11, 2005. Female patient, 84 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with hairy cell leukaemia, sepsis  and was treated with Cladribine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dialysis , nephritis allergic, nephritis interstitial, pyrexia, rash , renal failure acute. Cladribine dosage: 6 MG DAILY IV. During the same period patient was treated with CEFEPIME, TOBRAMYCIN, VANCOMYCIN, ATENOLOL, INDAPAMIDE, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with hairy cell leukaemia, hypertension, infection prophylaxis, hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Cladribine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, hyperbilirubinaemia, hypersensitivity, hypotension, pyrexia, rash , renal impairment, swelling face, thrombocytopenia. Cladribine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ITRACONAZOLE, ACYCLOVIR, ALLOPURINOL, BENDROFLUMETHIAZIDE, CIPROFLOXACIN, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
