Female patient, 19 years of age, was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis and was treated with Cladribine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diplopia, erythema, eye irritation, headache
, hypersensitivity, mouth ulceration, mucosal ulceration, skin reaction, swelling face. Cladribine dosage: 1 FORMS (0.875 MG/KG, 5 IN 1 CYCLE) ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with IMPLANON. Patient recovered.Cladribine Side Effects Report #5841208-8

Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with hairy cell leukaemia, hypertension, infection prophylaxis, hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Cladribine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, hyperbilirubinaemia, hypersensitivity, hypotension, pyrexia, rash
, renal impairment, swelling face, thrombocytopenia. Cladribine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ITRACONAZOLE, ACYCLOVIR, ALLOPURINOL, BENDROFLUMETHIAZIDE, CIPROFLOXACIN, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
