Cladribine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 11, 2005. Male patient, 71 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma and was treated with Cladribine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: herpes zoster, myelodysplastic syndrome. Cladribine dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Cladribine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 29, 2006. Male patient, 60 years of age, was treated with Cladribine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chromosomal deletion, diverticular perforation, fungal infection What is  fungal infection, herpes zoster, operative haemorrhage, pancytopenia, pemphigus What is  pemphigus, pseudomonas infection, staphylococcal impetigo. Cladribine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/01/2003.
