Cladribine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Aug 07, 2008. Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with hairy cell leukaemia, hypertension, infection prophylaxis, hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Cladribine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, hyperbilirubinaemia, hypersensitivity, hypotension, pyrexia, rash What is  rash, renal impairment, swelling face, thrombocytopenia. Cladribine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ITRACONAZOLE, ACYCLOVIR, ALLOPURINOL, BENDROFLUMETHIAZIDE, CIPROFLOXACIN, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Cladribine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 11, 2005. Male patient, 68 years of age, weighting 118.6 lb, was diagnosed with b-cell lymphoma and was treated with Cladribine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspergillosis, cerebral haemorrhage, disseminated intravascular coagulation, interstitial lung disease, malaise, pancytopenia, performance status decreased. Cladribine dosage: unknown. Patient died on 08/30/1997.
