Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with induction of anaesthesia and was treated with Cisatracurium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute coronary syndrome, anaphylactic reaction, arteriospasm coronary, electrocardiogram st segment elevation. Cisatracurium dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with endotracheal intubation, anaesthesia and was treated with Cisatracurium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute coronary syndrome, anaphylactic shock. Cisatracurium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOFOL, LIDOCAINE, FENTANYL, SEVOFLURANE. Patient recovered.
