Cisapride side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 20, 2008. Female patient, weighting 146.0 lb, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal motility disorder, impaired gastric emptying, prophylaxis, arthritis
, oedema, diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was treated with Cisapride. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, arrhythmia , aspiration, atrial fibrillation , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, cardiac failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypotension, myocardial ischaemia. Cisapride dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VITAMIN E, METHOTREXATE, TRIAMTERENE AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, GLUCOTROL, AVANDIA, MIACALCIN, ASCORBIC ACID.
