Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 95.00 lb, was diagnosed with mycobacterial infection and was treated with Ciprofloxicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: muscle atrophy, tendon graft, tendon rupture, tendonitis. Ciprofloxicin dosage: 750 MG BID PO. Patient recovered.
