Ciprofloxicin side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on July 17, 2008. Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 95.00 lb, was diagnosed with mycobacterial infection and was treated with Ciprofloxicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: muscle atrophy, tendon graft, tendon rupture, tendonitis. Ciprofloxicin dosage: 750 MG BID PO. Patient recovered.
