Male patient, 51 years of age, weighting 190.0 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Ciprofloxicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , condition aggravated, insomnia, myalgia, neuropathy peripheral, tendon pain. Ciprofloxicin dosage: 500 MG 2 X DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , arthralgia, depression , insomnia, nervous system disorder, panic attack, quality of life decreased, tendon pain. Ciprofloxicin dosage: 500 MG. 2 PER DAY PO. Patient recovered.
