Ciproflaxacin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Feb 22, 2006. Male patient, 45 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with osteitis and was treated with Ciproflaxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cytolytic hepatitis, dermatitis exfoliative, haptoglobin decreased, inflammation, normochromic normocytic anaemia, prothrombin time shortened, pyrexia, renal failure acute, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. Ciproflaxacin dosage: 1500 MG, TOTAL DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TAZOCILLINE, PLAVIX, KARDEGIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, ALDACTAZINE. Patient recovered.
