Ciproflaxacin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Mar 02, 2006. Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with nasopharyngitis and was treated with Ciproflaxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia What is  arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation, cardiac failure, deafness unilateral, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, haemolytic anaemia, hypoxia, shock. Ciproflaxacin dosage: 500 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SINTROM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
