After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: akathisia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, coordination abnormal, dyskinesia, fatigue, headache , hyperreflexia, injury, muscle rigidity. Cipralex dosage: 10 MG QD PO. Patient recovered.
