Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with major depression and was treated with Cipralex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood potassium decreased, contusion, diarrhoea, fall What is  fall, hyponatraemia, injury, poverty of speech, somnolence. Cipralex dosage: 5 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with FELODIPINE, IRBESARTAN, PROPAFENONE HYDROCHLORIDE, KARVEA HCT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
