After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disease progression, hyperparathyroidism secondary, pancreatitis. Cinacalcet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DARBEPOETIN ALFA, FOLIC ACID, BECOZYME, ZANTAC, WARFARIN, INDOBUFEN, VENOFER, CALCIUM GLUCONATE. Patient recovered.
