Cinacalcet side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on July 07, 2005. Female patient, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism secondary and was treated with Cinacalcet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: appendicitis , arrhythmia , back pain , cardiogenic shock, cyanosis, dialysis , dyspnoea, heart rate decreased, hyperglycaemia. Cinacalcet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PARIET, NPH INSULIN, PEPSAMAR, ACFOL, ROHIPNOL, BACTROBAN, DILTIAZEM, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.
