Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with shunt occlusion and was treated with Cilostazol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: megakaryocytes decreased, paraneoplastic syndrome, platelet count decreased, pleural effusion. Cilostazol dosage: 100 MG. During the same period patient was treated with SEVELAMER HYDROCHLORIDE, PRECIPITATED CALCIUM CARBONATE, HAEMODIALYSIS. Patient recovered.
