Male patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Cilostazol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diverticulum intestinal haemorrhagic, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, loss of consciousness, lower gastrointestinal haemorrhage, red blood cell count decreased, shock haemorrhagic, white blood cell count increased. Cilostazol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE, AZULENE SULFONATE, NICORANDIL, FAMOTIDINE, BIFIDOBACTERIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
