Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with transient ischaemic attack and was treated with Cilostazol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block first degree, bradycardia, circulatory collapse, depressed level of consciousness, hypotension, somnolence, vasodilatation. Cilostazol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMLODIPINE BESYLATE. Patient recovered.
