Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with lacunar infarction and was treated with Cilostazol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apallic syndrome, aphasia , blood pressure inadequately controlled, cerebral haemorrhage, fall , hemiplegia, treatment noncompliance. Cilostazol dosage: 200 MG. During the same period patient was treated with VALSARTAN, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE, FURSULTIAMINE, PIRENZEPINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ETODOLAC. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died.
