Male patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with stent placement and was treated with Cilostazol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, condition aggravated, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, jaundice , liver disorder. Cilostazol dosage: 200 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TICLOPIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ASPIRIN, LANSOPRAZOLE, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE, TEMOCAPRIL HYDROCHLORIDE, PITAVASTATIN CALCIUM, MAGNESIUM OXIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
