Ciflox side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Feb 16, 2006. Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 158.7 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Ciflox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, fall , hyperkalaemia, renal failure, rhabdomyolysis, stevens-johnson syndrome. Ciflox dosage: 500 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM, MOGADON, CORVASAL, TRIATEC, FRACTAL, INSULIN MIXTARD, NEURONTIN, LAMALINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with TIENAM, LASILIX, ACUPAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Ciflox dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 800 MG UNIT DOSE: 400 MG. During the same period patient was treated with SINTROM, KARDEGIC, TAHOR, CORDARONE, TAZOCILLINE, TARDYFERON, LEVOCARNIL, CARDENSIEL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/17/2007.
