After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, dysphagia, parotid gland enlargement, pyrexia. Ciflox dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 1.5 G UNIT DOSE: 750 MG. During the same period patient was treated with TAZOCILLINE, ESIDRIX, ZOCOR, KARDEGIC, DOLIPRANE, DESLORATADINE, MYOLASTAN, COUMADIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
