Female patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Ciflox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antinuclear antibody positive, arthralgia, autoimmune disorder, complex regional pain syndrome , cubital tunnel syndrome, mononeuritis, nerve compression, ulnar nerve palsy. Ciflox dosage: 500 MG, BID, ORAL. Patient recovered.
