Ciclosporin Side Effects Report #4802004-3
Ciclosporin side effect was reported by a Physician from INDIA on Oct 07, 2005. Female patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Ciclosporin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diffuse large b-cell lymphoma, klebsiella sepsis, lymphoproliferative disorder, neoplasm recurrence, peritoneal disorder, peritonitis, pyrexia, surgery . Ciclosporin dosage: 6 MG/KG/D. During the same period patient was treated with AZATHIOPRINE, PREDNISOLONE. Patient died.

Ciclosporin dosage: 6 MG/KG/D. During the same period patient was treated with AZATHIOPRINE, PREDNISOLONE, SIROLIMUS. Patient died.

Ciclosporin side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on Oct 11, 2005. Male patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with liver transplant  and was treated with Ciclosporin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haemobilia, hepatic artery thrombosis, hepatic necrosis, pyrexia, shock haemorrhagic, transplant rejection, vascular pseudoaneurysm, vascular pseudoaneurysm ruptured. Ciclosporin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, STEROIDS NOS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
