Female patient, 27 years of age, was diagnosed with infertility  and was treated with Chorionic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abortion spontaneous, acute respiratory failure, blood pressure systolic inspiratory decreased, cardiac tamponade, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, pleural effusion. Chorionic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with UROFOLLITROPIN, GONADOTROPIN RELEASING HORMONE ANTAGONISTS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
