Cholestyramine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SWITZERLAND on Dec 10, 2008. Female patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Cholestyramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic thrombosis, international normalised ratio decreased. Cholestyramine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENPROCOUMON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
