Chlorzoxazone side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on Sept 12, 2008. Female patient, 27 years of age, weighting 172.0 lb, was diagnosed with myalgia and was treated with Chlorzoxazone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dry mouth, dysgeusia, eye movement disorder, facial palsy, hypoaesthesia oral, lacrimation increased, swollen tongue. Chlorzoxazone dosage: 200 MG AND 300 MG RESPECTIVELY. Patient recovered.
