Chlorzoxazone side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 12, 2007. Male patient, weighting 264.6 lb, was diagnosed with back disorder and was treated with Chlorzoxazone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: encephalopathy, hepatic function abnormal, jaundice , malaise. Chlorzoxazone dosage: 250-500 MG THREE TIMES A DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
