Chlorzoxazone side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 25, 2009. Male patient was diagnosed with neck injury, spondylitis and was treated with Chlorzoxazone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, dizziness , somnolence. Chlorzoxazone dosage: 500MG BID PO. Patient recovered.
