Female patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasms and was treated with Chlorzoxazone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, ascites, hepatic function abnormal, jaundice . Chlorzoxazone dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
