Chlorthalidone side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 03, 2008. Male patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Chlorthalidone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, renal failure acute, treatment noncompliance. Chlorthalidone dosage: 12.5 MG EVERY DAY PO. Patient recovered.
