, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, heart rate increased, loss of consciousness, respiratory rate increased. Chlorpromazine dosage: 100 MG, BID; SEE IMAGE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine increased, depressed level of consciousness, heart rate increased, hypokalaemia, metabolic acidosis, respiratory rate increased, shock, therapeutic response decreased. Chlorpromazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERIDONE, ZOTEPINELET, VALPROIC ACID, BETHANECHOL CHLORIDE, BROTIZOLAM, FLUNITRAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
