Female patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type, depression What is  depression and was treated with Chlorpromazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, circulatory collapse, dizziness What is  dizziness, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, heart rate increased, loss of consciousness, respiratory rate increased. Chlorpromazine dosage: 100 MG, BID; SEE IMAGE. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOXETINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Chlorpromazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERIDONE, ZOTEPINELET, VALPROIC ACID, BETHANECHOL CHLORIDE, BROTIZOLAM, FLUNITRAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
