Male patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, tuberculosis  and was treated with Chlorpromazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Chlorpromazine dosage: 600 MG, DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with RIFAMPIN, ISONIAZID, PYRAZINAMIDE, BENZTROPEINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
