After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dystonia , extrapyramidal disorder. Chlorpromazine dosage: 100MG PER DAY. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with REQUIP, AMOXICILLIN, ZANTAC, VITAMIN B CAP, BETOPTIC, DIPIVEFRIN, CALAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
