After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antiphospholipid syndrome, confusional state, encephalopathy, grand mal convulsion, hypoventilation, paralysis What is  paralysis, somnolence, status epilepticus, thrombocytopenia. Chlorpromazine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
