Chlorpromazine Side Effects Report #4831149-7
Chlorpromazine side effect was reported by a Physician from HONG KONG on Nov 02, 2005. Male patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Chlorpromazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood pressure decreased, blood pressure systolic increased, coma, depressed level of consciousness, dry skin, dyskinesia, heat exhaustion. Chlorpromazine dosage: 650 MG AT BEDTIME. During the same period patient was treated with BENZHEXOL, ZUCOPENTHIXOL, DECANOATE, METFORMIN, GLIBENCLAMIDE, DIAZEPAM, VALPROATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Chlorpromazine dosage: 650 MG QHS. During the same period patient was treated with TRIHEXYPHENIDYL, ZUCLOPENTHIXOL, METFORMIN, GLYBURIDE, DIAZEPAM, VALPROATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Chlorpromazine dosage: 100 MG / TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CARBAMAZEPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
