Male patient, 43 years of age, weighting 193.1 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Chlorpromazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, cholelithiasis, cholestasis, jaundice , lipase increased. Chlorpromazine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, abnormal behaviour, cholestasis, jaundice , nausea , psychotic disorder , weight decreased. Chlorpromazine dosage: 50 MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with CARBAMAZEPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
