Female patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus and was treated with Chloroquine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block complete, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, ventricular tachycardia. Chloroquine dosage: 300 MG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
