Chloroquine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from GERMANY on Dec 22, 2008. Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with cutaneous lupus erythematosus and was treated with Chloroquine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, metastases to central nervous system, pulmonary fibrosis What is  pulmonary fibrosis, skin lesion. Chloroquine dosage: 250 MG; DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE SULPHATE, PREDNISOLONE. Patient died.
