Chloroquine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from BELGIUM on Aug 04, 2008. Female patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus and was treated with Chloroquine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block complete, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, ventricular tachycardia. Chloroquine dosage: 300 MG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
