Chloroquine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from BELGIUM on Oct 06, 2008. Female patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus and was treated with Chloroquine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: conduction disorder, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, ventricular tachycardia. Chloroquine dosage: 300 MG, DAILY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
